- Bhuvan's research focuses on Organisational Psychology, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
- She has presented her work at several national and international conferences, with papers on topics such as Reverse Mentoring and Psychosocial Risk Management in Corporate Governance.

- Bhuvan has published co-authored chapters on topics like Inclusion for Leadership and Curricular Strategies for Children with Special Needs.
- She is involved with TU Dublin's RINCE society, contributing to research on EDI, particularly around reverse mentoring and inclusive leadership.

- Bhuvan has over five years of experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher in India and Ireland, focusing on inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.
- She has been awarded digital badges in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) from AHEAD and University College Dublin (UCD), showcasing her commitment to inclusive education practices.
- She is an active advocate for continuous professional development (CPD) and mentors’ students in both academic and professional settings.
