This is the third in our series highlighting the work placement opportunities for students in the School of Mathematics & Statistics. Deloitte is one of a large number of leading employers that provide exciting opportunities to our students to use their mathematics & statistics in the workplace.
Deloitte is a leading employer and at the forefront of their sector. Katie Mulligan is a third-year student of our full-time undergraduate programme, TU874 BSc Mathematical & Statistics. She is doing her work placement with the Artificial Intelligence and Data team at Deloitte.
Katie is contributing to cutting-edge projects, including digitising archives using AI and building apps with interactive chatbots! Katie has also had the opportunity to join company events with some very inspiring people (including Olympian Zoe Hyde and Activist Dr Mamobo Ogoro).
We would like to sincerely thank her manager, Lavanya Kadregula, and the whole team at Deloitte, for giving Katie this exciting opportunity.
