Purpose-Built Student Accommodation Options at TU Dublin

Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) is privately operated student housing designed specifically for students.

It is the only accommodation type we recommend booking before arriving in Dublin, making it a popular option for students travelling from outside the city or from overseas.

Semester 2 January 2027 Availability

We have a small number of TU Dublin rooms available at Brickworks Student Accommodation for students joining us in January 2027.

Availability is limited and rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

When contacting Mezzino, please state that you are a TU Dublin student joining in January and looking for a room from the allocation.

Eligibility & Verification

This exclusive accommodation offer is available to TU Dublin students only. To apply, you must be eligible for the academic year 2026/27 and must verify your student status before arrival.

Availability is limited, early enquiry is recommended.
