All students who would like to attend counselling with the TU Dublin Student Counselling Service can book a 30-minute assessment below. This assessment allows us to gain a sense of what is going on for you at the moment. During the assessment we will ask you what led you to attend student counselling and make a plan-of-action together as how to best support you. We offer our services both online and face-to-face – let us know what works best for you.

Filling in the Intake Form and Choosing Your Online Assessment Time

Starting on Monday April 22nd for the last three weeks of this semester (Monday 22nd of April to Friday 10th May 2024), students newly registering with the Student Counselling service are offered a once-off, one-hour support session. It is aimed primarily at supporting students through any urgent academic or other difficulty. In the past, this has proven to be the most helpful intervention at this time of the year. Any students attending these sessions who may need further support can request to be linked in for follow on counselling appointments.

Please click the following link to avail of these sessions: https://titaniumwc.tudublin.ie/TitaniumWeb/

Please do not book in for multiple appointments.

Please note: Due to high demand on the service, we cannot accommodate specific time requests for your online assessment. We currently have a limited amount of appointments available via the link above. If there are any difficulties with the booking system, please email counselling.service@tudublin.ie.

The link will ask you to select which campus you attend (Blanchardstown/Aungier street, Bolton street, Grangegorman/Tallaght). Please complete all three pages of our intake form. This form is completed easier via laptop than mobile phone. Please make sure you fill in all of the screens.

You can select the assessment date and time that suits you.

Counselling sessions take place in-person, by video -call (on Microsoft Teams) or by phone. For in-person appointments, they will be in keeping with Covid guidelines and University policy. There are counselling offices in the five main college campuses. Please check below for information on how to access the counselling service on your local campus.
