Anxiety Workshop
Characteristically Anxiety sufferers can have relentless, unspecified worry about everyday things. The person with Anxiety expects the worst to happen, believes their expectations to be true and then act upon their beliefs, by avoiding whatever causes the anxiety. Chronic worry can affect every aspect of life and takeaway from the good things life can offer.
This workshop will help you to understand how anxiety affects your ability to complete tasks and offers some research-supported ways of managing anxiety.
The workshop runs online every Wednesday from 1:00pm-2:00pm, up to the end of term. Beginning Wednesday February 4th 2026.
