Learning Teaching Assessment (LTA)

Dr Derek Dodd is an academic developer on the Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) Team in TU Dublin. He has a PhD in Higher Education Policy from the University of Plymouth and a background in the humanities, having worked as a lecturer, programme coordinator, and learning development officer in a number of Irish HEIs. Some of his current responsibilities include designing and delivering CPD programs for TU Dublin lecturers, curating and developing GenAI assessment resources, and overseeing the LTA’s digital media and education strategy.
