Registration Now Open for the 2026 Dublin Gastronomy Symposium
Registration is now open for the 2026 Dublin Gastronomy Symposium taking place at TU Dublin on 26–27 May. This year’s theme, 'Crisis / Hope', promises lively discussions and thought-provoking ideas across plenary and parallel sessions. In addition to its academic programme, the symposium will feature two conference lunches showcasing the very best of Irish food, prepared and hosted by staff and students from the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, and a gala dinner on the Wednesday evening.
