Well done to both Alanna Moffitt and Soumia Boulbassir who appeared on The Today Show this week. 

Past Student Alanna Moffitt gave a demonstration on how to make Brown Butter Sticky Toffee Pudding, while Soumia Boulbassir demonstrated how to make Algerian Bourek. Soumia is a current 3rd year on our programme TU942 BA (hons) in Culinary Arts.
