Strengthening Global Partnerships at TU Dublin School of Management, People and Organisations

The TU Dublin School of Management, People and Organisations were delighted to host Henri Hogenhuis, Senior Lecturer, and Madelon Cruijningen van, Lecturer, from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen within the Human Resource Management (HRM) Discipline at the TU Dublin School of Management, People and Organisations, TU Dublin yesterday 25th March 2025.

This visit marks another meaningful step in the growing partnership between and TU Dublin — a collaboration rooted in shared values, mutual learning, and a commitment to preparing graduates for a globalised world of work.

Together, we’re creating opportunities for joint research, student and staff mobility, and a richer academic experience on both sides. Henri and Madelon brought valuable insight into HRM practice in the Netherlands and engaged in thought-provoking conversations around cross-cultural management, pedagogy, and applied research.

International exchanges like this are vital to our mission of fostering a globally connected, innovative, and inclusive academic environment.
A sincere thank you to our colleagues from Hanze — we look forward to deepening this impactful partnership.
