Free 4-Week Mindfulness Programme

We’re excited to offer you an exclusive, FREE 4‑week Mindfulness Stress Reduction Course starting on Tuesday, 10th February. This is a opportunity to invest in your wellbeing, recharge, and gain practical tools to support both yourself and others. As part of this pilot programme, you’ll experience a warm, supportive environment where you can unwind and build skills that strengthen calm, focus, and resilience.

  • Learn simple, effective mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
  • Take time for yourself in a relaxed, positive setting with fellow Peer Mentors.
  • Enjoy an Oasis of Calm right in the heart of Dublin City.
