Abhishek is an accomplished and dedicated Head Chef with over 23 years of experience in the culinary industry. Currently leading the kitchen team at Osprey Hotel in County Kildare, he specialises in menu development, food costing, and staff training, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's in Hotel Management, a Bachelor's in Business Studies, an MSc in Applied Culinary Nutrition, and a Higher Diploma in Food Science & Technology from Technological University Dublin, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business in Sustainability for the Service Industry from Munster Technological University, Cork. His expertise spans fine-dining, kitchen management, food safety, and sustainable culinary practices. A proactive, multilingual leader, he is committed to innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the hospitality sector, particularly in commercial kitchens. Abhishek is also a passionate advocate for farm-to-table sourcing and is actively involved in culinary networking events and mentorship programs for aspiring young chefs in Ireland.
