Optional CMS content editing support drop in sessions

These sessions are focused on content editing support only. Outside of these sessions and for any queries other than content editing support, please continue to log a ticket using the standard web support email and a member of the Web and Digital team will get back to you as soon as possible.

We’re pleased to invite you to our upcoming CMS drop in content editing support sessions, designed specifically to help TU Dublin staff with content editing on the website.

These sessions are optional, last for 1 hour and offer a space to ask questions and get practical, hands on support.

What to Expect:

• One to one help with editing pages, formatting content, and using CMS tools
• Support resolving minor issues before they become support tickets
• Guidance to build confidence and consistency in your web publishing skills

Session Structure

1. Welcome & Introduction (5 mins)
   • Web & Digital open the session
   • Sets expectations: content editing support only, one question per user only, other queries → web@tudublin.ie
2. Q&A / Hands-On Support (45 mins)
   • Please post your question in the chat
   • Include a link to the relevant page 
   • We’ll go through each question one by one
   • One question per person, please, to ensure everyone gets support
   • Screen sharing for live demos
   • Peer learning encouraged
3. Wrap-Up & Next Steps (10 mins)
   • If you have any questions we didn’t get to, please send them to web@tudublin.ie rather than via Teams
   • Recap key points and quick wins
   • Share intranet resources / guides
