Digital Signage
Requests for Information to be displayed on digital signage across the university should be sent in JPEG or PNG formats with a resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Videos should also be 1920 x 1080 (16:9) in MP4 format and should not be longer than 30 seconds. It is not possible for sound to be played.
Please upload videos to Onedrive and share the link when creating your Service Request.
The majority of Screens are in Landscape format.
Portraits images or Videos (1080x1920) can only be displayed in The Central Quad in Grangegorman.
Items which do not conform to these standards will not be displayed.
Include the Locations and Dates for which you require your content displayed.
Signage to be uploaded to all Aungier St., Bolton St. and Grangegorman screens can be sent as a single request for City Campuses.
Tallaght and Blanchardstown will require separate requests.
