I was appointed as Web Support Officer in 2015. I am an experienced web support and digital communications specialist with a passion for communication through digital platforms.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Design in Digital Media. From my work experience and educational achievements, I have in-depth knowledge and experience of current practices and trends in web & digital. I am proficient in many applications such as Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Poppulo, Terminal Four, Drupal and Sugar CRM.
My Role:
- Maintaining and updating content on www.tudublin.ie, microsites and intranet via the web content management system
- Supporting staff with requests on the web helpdesk on a daily basis. This includes user access creation and management, assisting with content population, troubleshooting any bugs and eliminating errors across the TU Dublin website and intranet
- Assisting the web & digital team in web development projects. This includes regular testing of templates on all devices, efficient bug reporting and the migration and population of content
