Image Size Specifications
The content types in Terminalfour are set up to use specific dimensions, so it is very important to use the correct image size to ensure your images display correctly.

*Images in General Content/Accordions are not fixed to specific dimensions, so you are able to use any size. We recommend using 600 x 350.
For all the cases when the image will be automatically resized and cropped, please note that:
- The cropping will happen by the middle point of the image, so if you upload an image way out of proportions, whose main content is on a side, it is possible the image will be cut in an unfavourable way;
- Uploading images with larger size is ok, but ideally we should avoid uploading images with smaller size, since they won't look good after upscaling.
Images should be uploaded using .jpg format and all images should be less than 2 MB. Large images will cause your webpages to load slower and has a negative impact on your search ranking. Read more tips to help boost SEO page ranking.
In the T4 media library, there are a number resized images available for use (Categorised > Website > Images).
How to Crop & Resize an Image
Note: All images within our Digital Asset Management System can be cropped to the correct size using the built-in crop tool.
