When a branch or content type is mirrored, changes such as adding, deleting, and reordering content, are reflected in the mirrored branch/content type. |

Authorised to add, edit, approve, and publish information. |
| Output URI |
Output Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) is used to shorten the URL if the section name is long or complex. If this field is left blank, the section's name is used when publishing. |
| Page Layout |
A page layout is similar to a theme or template eg. Left Navigation or Microsite. It gives a section its overall structure by assigning locations to the header, footer, navigation, and content types. |

Opportunity to view content in advance of going live. |
| Publish |
The content or section is output with selected Page and Content Layouts and sent to the Publish server. Only modified elements are output on Publish, if a piece of content hasn't changed, it won't be published again. |

To maintain a lock on content to complete updating content. |
