Receipts
When you pay your fees through TouchNet, you will be presented with a Receipt Page which you should print and keep safe. You will also receive an email confirming payment of this. You will also be able to obtain receipts through your SSB Portal
Refunds
Refunds are normally issued in the following circumstances:
- Where a full time student pays their fees and are subsequently awarded a third level grant; in this instance the relevant fee will be refunded to the amount awarded.
- If you Officially withdraw from course by 31st October:
- Full time students will get a full refund of fees paid
- Part time & Postgraduate students will get a refund of fees paid less the Course Acceptance Fee
- Official withdrawal from course between 31st October and 31st January:
- If you Officially withdraw during this period, you are still liable for half the course fees. Any payment in excess may be refunded.
- After 31st January - No refunds will be made.
The above Dates apply to students who commence in September, different dates will apply to January Start students. These details will be available soon
Tax Relief
